"The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil constitution, are worth defending against all hazards: And it is our duty to defend them against all attacks."

- Samuel Adams

The United States Constitution is an amazing document that enshrined numerous rights for its citizens. Throughout the years, those rights have been expanded, explained, distinguished, and clarified. It is the document from where all our laws come from. No other law is inferior to it.

However, there are still times when your rights under the Constitution are violated. Citizens face unconstitutional violations all the time in our country. As attorneys who are dedicated to preserving Americans' rights under the Constitution, we are here to help.

Below are just a couple examples of cases and issues we take on.

First Amendment Rights

The First Amendment is mostly known for "Freedom of Speech." However the First Amendment applies to much more than just free speech.

The First Amendment protects religious liberties, as well as the right to association.

If you feel your rights are being infringed, then you need someone to enter the fray on your behalf. Attorneys can ensure your rights are not infringed and you are protected under the U.S Constitution.

We take on cases involving:

  • Infringement of Free Speech

  • Anti-SLAPP Lawsuits

  • Issues with Public Unions under Janus

  • Religious Infringement

Second Amendment Rights

"Shall not be infringed"

It's the most important part of the Second Amendment. Too many times politicians and pundits like to push gun control to the point of unconstitutional gun grabs.

With Supreme Court decisions Heller and McDonald, the Supreme Court enshrined the right of American citizens to defend themselves via gun ownership. However, too many states and localities take aim at gun ownership and try to chip away at it.

If you feel you are someone or know of someone who is infringing on someone's Second Amendment rights, we want to hear about it.
